Well, let’s start with Carl, he used to always invite me to some sweet fishing spots, but for some reason that is a thing of the past… Josh hmmmm super cool guy, but I haven’t seen him in about two years and but I hear he still works there but it sounds fishy!!!! it took weeks to get anyone to get back to me about a pump design for a subdivision. eventually they provided a pump design that met the city standards. 5 weeks after ordering the pump, and only after we reached out for a status update did they let us know that the pump that we ordered, that they already received payment for, has been discontinued and would not be available. absolutely unacceptable, the developer for the project is furious and is pointing fingers my way because I originally recommended Rhino.
