My safe lock mechanism failed. I contacted John W at Rhino, who patiently over several tries got my safe open and a new lock installed. Very happy with the customer service. That’s not common these days. John was great.

My safe door was stuck and I live in Canada. The store I bought it was now out of business but the service I received from Cheye at Rhino was 5 star. With serial number confirmation they let me know that whatever happened the help me get it and get it working again under warranty. Contacted them because a number was stuck on my keypad. They helped me trouble shoot and had a new keypad send to me in two days. Amazing service clear instructions helped get me back in business. Christmas is saved at my house! Thank you guys.
