This is a company I would like to give 10 stars too. I had a warranty claim and they never blinked. They set it all up manage it with a great local company. All is now great and I will never buy a safe from any other company other than Rhino Safes. The if you have any questions PM me. Nothing short and awesome. John
Customer service is bad, I left two messages, and no responds.. Big Horn safe product.
Worked here for about 2 weeks then they laid half the shop off. Even people they just hired that same week. Who does that to people. Sold me on it being a positive employment but come to find out everyone was back biting one another. Horrible place to work and would never want anyone to experience a horrible experience.
I've owned my Rhino safe for about fourteen years now and have been totally pleased with it's performance the entire time. I recently started experiencing a problem with the electronic keypad where it was intermittent working. I reached out for some support from Rhino Metals to see how to resolve the problem.
