Excellent customer service. Got locked out of my safe and they worked with me to get in.
Sydney and John were so helpful. They both went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot my safe code. The process was super easy and they both were very professional and gave clear/concise information. Thank you!
Had an issue with my keypad and when I called, someone answered right away, helped me get registered and walked me through a fix. They were fast, helpful and great to deal with.
Ron was such a nice person and helped me with my gun safe i recommend him
Had trouble with the safe not locking. Called Rino and spoke with John. Walked me thru a couple possibilities and determined I needed a new locking mechanism. It was delivered very quickly and it solved the problem. Thank you John.
