John and the team were very helpful, fast, and professional. We had an issue with our safe and we gave them a call. They showed up on the same day we called them!! We didn’t even have to wait. We are so thankful to have a company like them in town!!

I bought a Kodiak safe, great product very well made. Customer service and tech support are great as well, Ron was very helpful with a tech issue and very informative with maintenance tips.
Had a problem w/ my keypad on my safe. Called and got in touch w/ Cheye in Tech Support. She patiently walked me through some troubleshooting steps and got me into my safe. I am very happy. Then helped me get my safe registered, and is helping me register my other Rhino safe. Great customer service!
