If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I highly recommend! They were super fast on responding to our needs, communication was kept on what was wrong with our unit and what the plan was to fix it. I will most definitely be using them again.
My air has been out for 2 weeks and the technician we had been working with quit so we had to schedule another appointment today between 1-3 and it’s now 5:30 and we can’t get in touch with anyone! Horrible customer service!
