Hired RL of Everett to apply their product to our porch. First application they forgot to put the glass beads to prevent slippage issues. Second application, they got the wrong color and missed areas. Third application has been fine for a little over a year but now is peeling off in large sheets. Was told by Mike they would warranty their work but Rick, the owner, says Mike has left the company and won't honor his word. We thought Mike was the owner; this was the first we've heard of Rick.
