Used this company for over 5 years. One service was way under performing don’t believe they did any but they stand only by what their gps tells them verses what the Customer says. Therefore I do not and regret referring them to anyone in the past. I believe the skirt around their services. If I could give zero stars I would.
Engaged them for about 6 months and were a total disappointment. With all the trips they made I still have the cheapest weed thriving on my lawn and nicely fertilized by them. Dandelions and clovers of all weeds! Really? If you want to pay someone to feed weeds on your yard, get Rhino! When I called to cancel, the lady on the phone seemed to care the least.
Best lawn care service I have had in over 30 years in Rockwall! Customer service and responsiveness is top shelf. I highly recommend Rhino if you’re tired of all the others.
