Engaged them for about 6 months and were a total disappointment. With all the trips they made I still have the cheapest weed thriving on my lawn and nicely fertilized by them. Dandelions and clovers of all weeds! Really? If you want to pay someone to feed weeds on your yard, get Rhino! When I called to cancel, the lady on the phone seemed to care the least.
Best lawn care service I have had in over 30 years in Rockwall! Customer service and responsiveness is top shelf. I highly recommend Rhino if you’re tired of all the others.
I was servicing a lawn today & a Rhino truck pulled up into the front of the house, to service the house that is next door. I asked them to move the truck, as I was working in that area. I had the understanding that there was a car obstructing the front of the property they were servicing, however, they had an entire driveway in the corresponding property to park in. We had been very pleased with Rhino Lawn Services and have been a customer for over 2 years….until today. We have our recent service and, without our approval they added an extra treatment for Grubs on our lawn. We were then charged an extra fee for this service. We called and challenged this and were told that the text reminder of our appointment is our approval for the service. Rhino Lawn Services is an Awesome Company and I got to meet the Owner of Company. I have been using Rhino for Lawn Services and the Owner came out to my house today and spoke with me concerning a very small issue I was having. The meeting with him and observing his professional demeanor and care for me as a customer meant the world to me. Meeting the Owner and seeing how he cared about me and my very small issue and spending time out of his day to visit with me sold me.
