We had been very pleased with Rhino Lawn Services and have been a customer for over 2 years….until today. We have our recent service and, without our approval they added an extra treatment for Grubs on our lawn. We were then charged an extra fee for this service. We called and challenged this and were told that the text reminder of our appointment is our approval for the service. Rhino Lawn Services is an Awesome Company and I got to meet the Owner of Company. I have been using Rhino for Lawn Services and the Owner came out to my house today and spoke with me concerning a very small issue I was having. The meeting with him and observing his professional demeanor and care for me as a customer meant the world to me. We put down some new grass in areas & we’re afraid to put weed killer on it, I called the office & explained to them my concern ,she advised me would put note on order. The tech came out today & I ask him if got info on grass he was so pleasant & explained to me would take care of. 10 stars to him, thank you both. Awesome tech!
