I cannot recommend Rhino more highly. 10/10 experience. I had some collapsed ducts in slab, the problem is, I couldn’t find a company to repair them, but I also couldn’t find a company who would install new ducts in the attic… what a paradox. Rhino heating and air conditioning thought critically and used unique problem solving skills to move a whole new system to the attic while maintaining my current HVAC unit. After getting a gouging price from their competitors, we chose Rhino. Sales/tech came out on a Friday late afternoon. We called to arrange a time for them to install and it was that following Monday. They were here till the job was complete and they were half the cost from the competitors and the units installed have a 10 year warranty like all the others. When my AC unit went down at my house, I called Rhino Heat and Air and they were at my house within hours. With it being 90 degrees and having a small child in the house you can imagine how thankful I was that they showed up so quickly. Ryan found the problem and showed me instead of doing unnecessary repairs. He had it fixed within an hour and I couldn't be more thankful for them. Highly recommend these guys.
