Chase and Casey visited our house and we explained the flooding situation with our basement. They were insightful, thorough, helpful, honest and recommended some cost effective ways we could fix our problems. They didn’t try to upsell us or push us to something that wasn’t necessary. Definitely earned our trust. Give these guys a promotion!

Rhino was the least expensive of 4 bids. They fixed my complex problem. I had a couple of small issues afterwards. They came out right away and took care of it. I would recommend them.
If I could give 10 starts I would. I wasn't even sure that my old leaking basement could be fixed. But these guys not only fixed it, but fixed it beautifully, and came back when I had a follow-up problem (not due to their work). They were professional and upfront and friendly and responsive and treated me like a big client, even though I know my project was small for them. And my basement is dry! It's a miracle! I am so pleased, I will recommend them to everyone I know.
In the end I was happy with this company, but only because the customer service from Travis was awesome. I was very frustrated at first with the project because we still had leaking in our foundation after they finished, and the additional repairs were expensive. I realize it's difficult to bid correctly when you can't see what's under the dirt and inside walls.
