I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to have a lift installed. There were "factory" parts missing, but it was still parked out front like it was ready to go. The only good that came out of my experience was I was only charged 2hrs labor for a job that ended up taking almost 12hrs. Other than that, not impressed at all.
