There’s so many rhino companies I don’t know which is which but we got windows and it’s been almost 2 years. We still have a unfinished window in our bathroom. They had no problem taking the money a bunch of shady stuff happened with one of the employees I guess but I don’t see why that resulted me getting an unfinished window. A representative came out for an inspection and gave a rough estimate for some siding that blew off during a storm earlier this year, but no one ever followed up with me. I guess to them it wasn’t worth it since it wasn’t very much to repair. Very disappointing experience. Thankfully I found another company who got the job done.
I would highly recommend Rhino Exteriors if you are in need of gutter installation. I had a unique installation requirement with the downspouts meeting up with drainage tiles that required some special parts. The installer Mike took one look and said he knew exactly what he needed, but would need to run to the warehouse and get it. He was back in a hour and it all turned out great. They did me right! Gutters and downspouts look great.
They helped us work with our insurance company to get a new roof after storm damage. They did a great job!
