Worst customer support I have ever seen. Parts are almost impossible to get and never in a timely manner. Poorly designed and atrocious customer service I would not recommend this Equipment to anyone working in the US
dont stand behind their products and will not honor warranty the paints falling off everywhere, front window almost fell out and air conditioner isnt even hooked up, all of the rubber hoses are extremely dry rotted and thats just what i noticed while unloading it
It is a very reliable brand and complete in its equipment, which is high-quality machines after sales service is excellent, when requiring parts are needed. I can rely on that my machine will never have problems.

Supper happy with the Rhino RG40kw that I got from Rhino Equipment Group. We just need a good generator that can perform. After speaking with the sales and service team, they help me get exactly what I was looking for. (Support my good!) They were always patient with me along the way and with my, learning on how to run this generator. I highly recommend their sales team and equipment to anyone. 5 Stars!!
