Very disappointing experience with Rhino Auto Glass. I had a windshield ordered for my car and an appointment scheduled for the installation. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the shop and called because the parking lot was completely full and I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to park. I was then told they needed to check whether my windshield had actually arrived, which was already concerning since I had an appointment scheduled. I had the most amazing experience. I was haveing a really bad week and Ryan and Josh came to my workplace and replaced my windshield while I was working, making my week so much better. The communication was on point, fast replies and very professional, knowledgeable and great to deal with. They also delt with the insurance company which made my chaotic life just a little easier. Windshield was replace in a timely manner and looks amazing. Will definitely return if ever I have any other issues with my windows.
Great experience highly recommend Ryan really knows what he's doing and price was much better than others.
