MANAGEMENT is a joke. unprofessional. has missed 2 scheduled appointments. say they call and leave voicemails and they do not. they didnt even know where they were going when I've called 2 times and provided the address. when I tried to explain my situation to the OWNER over the phone she would talk over me and got defensive when I called her out for not knowing what she is doing! terrible experience!!!

I told them what the issue was and they told me it was something else and charged me $300. An hour after they left I still had the issue I told them about in the first place and made them come back and fix and they charged me another $180. Guess what, no issues after they fixed what I told them the first time

We have an above ground Saniflo Macerating system in our basement. Had trouble finding any repairmen with knowledge on it. Mike came out and within 30 minutes we were good to go (literally)! Thank you for such quick and professional service!
