Very disappointed. The service department is very inconsistent and makes each visit seem like a visit to Jiffy Lube. When I started getting my car serviced they pushed the full synthetic oil. Then next visit, the service manager said they had a bulk oil that was less expensive but just as good, so I went with that. Last service, as service was finished the service manager mentioned a brake flush that I was due for. Parts dept top notch. I love them guys
After oil change, several oz. of oil dripped on my garage floor. This caused me to return to dealer to find the cause. No real problems. Inconvenienced, had to spend time back at dealer.
Took car in for an oil change and it was done 2 hours before it was even scheduled. Great service and friendly staff.
