I contacted the dealership because I was in a pinch and needed a new car asap. Scott Brass worked his magic and I came out of the situation with an UPGRADE and LOWER PAYMENTS. I couldn’t be more thankful for the time and work he put in to make sure this all worked out for me! He is super nice, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I will recommend him EVERY. SINGLE. What an amazing & rather fun experience, given it was all driven by me getting rear ended on Friday 2/6 by an inattentive, speeding driver (he got 3 citations on CCAP). MY 2018 is totalled and I needed wheels. . Saturday I "built" two 2026s on the site but really didn't want that. Got a rental and stopped in at the Wausau Toyota dealership, Lead Car in Wausau, frankly, was zero help. And I had bought TWO new Toyota trucks from them.....a 2017 Tundra and a 2018 Tacoma.
