Rhinebeck Animal Hospital took incredible care of my cat Kiwi in the diagnosis and treatment of her terminal cancer at 9 yrs old. They partnered with an oncologist at Katonah VCA to put a treatment plan together that gave us 8 quality months with our beloved pet before she succumb to kidney failure caused by the cancer. RAH has been nothing short of amazing to us and our animals. They are beyond kind, caring and reassuring. For our ferrets, we saw Dr. VanDemark who was gentle, patient, reassuring and thorough. We were touched to receive a hand written card from him in the mail shortly after we had to let one of our fuzzies go. Our dog sees both Dr. Tumolo & Dr. Gelernter who are both gentle, thorough and VERY patient with him. During these difficult times we are facing as a nation, I am incredibly thankful that businesses such as these are not just open and available to the community but are extremely kind and friendly and care for our fur babies with the same love we would give. The staff members were so patient with me during my mini frantic moment. It was truly the only place I was able to find the right help for my boy. Patton is very thankful and I highly recommend everyone to check them out!
