Otis was amazing! He communicated every step of the listing, sell, buy process for me. I’m a recent widow and downsizing a very loved home by myself was a challenging thought process for me. Otis helped me navigate this whole process. I would highly recommend working with him for his knowledge and advocating every aspect of a stressful process for his clients. He even asked for things I didn’t think of. I got new blinds put in my new home as a bonus.
