still waiting after 90 minutes…..help! there seems to be a feeble attempt at breaking up the waiting process by ushering you into a consult room and then having you wait further, but these rooms are like sensory deprivation chambers which create the sense of time slowing down. it’s just a shame that this only took two minutes to write as i’ll need to find something else to do now.
The reception staff were rude at Antenatal clinic and lacked politeness when dealing with customers.
No really listens no one really cares... you are just a number to All of them. They dont respect my needs as a patient
