Been to the Womens Clinic on level 8, and the eye clinic more recently on level 11. Waiting times are a nightmare there. Sometimes I had 3 appointments on the same day in the womens clinic, and each appointment you were waiting for an hour. Then I had to take a baby to the eye clinic, and was waiting for 2 hours the first time. When I told them I had to take a car to be serviced, and can't wait that long, they said it wouldn't happen again. Eye clinics. Waited 1hr doc not even arrived yet. Was 2hrs. Back again waited 3hrs. Worse place for appointments
Went to an appointment - and then found out I had the wrong day, asked to reschedule the appointment I had been waiting 6-8 months for, but the neurologist had discharged me without seeing me. So now I’m not revisit the GP spend $130 for a new referral, to wait again. While having neurological symptoms which disallow me to drive, live a normal life. The lack of compassion is noted.
Awful heartless clinic, decided to cancel after I had already left to go to my appointment via an sms. I had waited so long for as my liver is dying.
All the doctors especially Dr Lindsey, Dr Ross, Dr Ashton, Dr Molly and all the nursers/midwifes are awesome. In the time of my pregnancy appointments I have positive experience from reception to checkup everyone has been so nice and helpful. They all are trying their very best to manage all appointments. Definitely five stars for their hard work.
