Don't understand the logic behind the booking system. Book multiple patients at one time only to have them all wait for hours!!
Women’s health-Level 8 I had a couple issues - I had to wait ages for my appointment and when it hits the time of my appointment I’m kept waiting for ages - They also cancelled my appointment wi to out telling me and I turn up and I’m told then. Unbelievable waste of time

This is about the Indian lady at the reception on level 10. Wife just found out she has cancer and had to make another appointment to see the doctor, we told the receptionist we had a pre-existing appointment on a certain date for radio therapy, she said ok we'll book around that, received a letter 2 days later booked in the same day very stressful, can't be in two different places at the same time, refusing to change.
