Worst experience ever. After being in constant pain for two straight years and having 0 quality of life, I thought I hit the jackpot when i was referred to and accepted as a patient. Been going to the Northville location for over a year and my condition is worse now than when I started. Asked to be transferred to another doctor because I feel the doctor I am assigned to (which is NOT the one I was referred to) does not have my best interest in mind, does not listen to me, nor does she have any interest in what other doctors ... read more
I drive 4 hours one way, and it is so worth it. All the doctors before hand keep telling me it was in my head
Would not recommend to anyone. Find care elsewhere. Scheduling is horrific. Phone staff is almost always rude (sometimes you get a nice one) .. they make you feel awkward on the phone. Currently looking for new doctor outside of U of M at start of new year.

WOW, AFTER CAREFUL REVIEW OF THE HORRIFIC EXPERIENCES PATIENTS HAVE HAD WITH THIS RHEUMATOLOGY DEPT OF UofM MEDICINE.... I MUST SAY I DIDN'T MISS ANYTHING FROM NOT BEING SCHEDULE TO BE SEEN HERE! MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEPT AND IT'S STAFF HAS BEEN EGREGIOUS TO SAY THE LEAST! FROM STAFF INTENTIONALLY INTERFERING WITH PATIENT CARE! PHONE STAFF LYING ABOUT RECEIVING PAPERWORK!
