Finally thought I was getting the best of the best when I got referred here, but my experience has been anything but. It's incredibly difficult to get in touch with providers for flare ups and concerns in between visits, and scheduling is next to impossible. The clinic has cancelled scheduled visits on me with less than 24 hours notice twice in the time I've been a patient there, and when they reach out to reschedule you, there's no availability for months at a time. If you're being seen by a fellow, be prepared for any and ... read more

I was so happy to get an appointment at U of M Rheumatology. Thought I was getting a good doctor. What a got was a doctor that uses what I say against me, refuses to look into any complaints himself because he waits for other doctors to diagnose, and can't get my scripts on time, even when I started the process 8 days in advance. I gave a one star since I was so highly disappointed. Save your gas to find a better doctor.

Completely disorganized. No communication within the team. Calling to make appointments, only to double book them. You're responsible to clean up the mess and then reschedule your appointment. They'll deny ever making an appointment, and then make you feel like you're crazy when all they have to say is, "This was our error. We apologize" As a practioner myself I would be appalled If my office staff was treating patients so hap hazardly. Making my work look messy and as if I didn't know what's going on in my own clinic. If th... read more

I travel hundreds of miles because no Rheumatologist were in my area. Put she never took me seriously. Waited for months to be seen and released from care in December after one appointment. What disappointed. Now I have to start again but at Mayo Clinic but with more bills.

If I could not give any star, I would do. Horrible service. I had just one appointment with a doctor and he left the UofMi. Then I could just schedule an appointment for June 2024! It is always very hard to get an appointment, everyone busy, they don't have time for you. Just it.
