Dr. Kreitenberg is one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. I’ve taken my daughter and my parents there over the years and we are always so thankful for his expertise but especially his kindness. He takes the time to ask questions, he listens, he types away thoroughly, he examines carefully, and he diagnoses helpfully. He is patient, personable, and considerate. He never rushes or makes you feel bad about asking numerous questions. Anyone would be lucky to be his patient.
I find Dr. Kreitenberg caring and very thorough. He patiently discusses the risks and benefits of treatment options and always takes time to listen to me as a patient. I highly recommend him as often as possible.
The doctor kept typing the whole time I was there, He charged me an extra $35 for reviewing my blood work. Charged me another extra money on my way out for, requiring to Re do all the blood work again at their office as well. He didn't trust Quest lab work for some reason. The office was very rude and confusing, didn't bill my insurance for the repeated lab work. No one got back to me on any of those test results either.
I have been taking my mother to Dr. Kreitenberg for many years. He is so nice, very caring. He reviews everything. He explains everything to us . He takes his time to make sure she is well taking care of.. We are so thankful grateful. Thank you so much I am very happy that he is my mother's RA dr. Her quality of life has improved significantly because of his care.
