Very kind and caring. Listened to all my concerns and explained everything very clearly. Reception team and dr tay are lovely
I was stupid not accept reviews from others. Stay away. I arrive 20 mins early as a courtesy and the receptionist with the biggest attitude (as mentioned by others) tells me the doctor is running late and he's not even here. With 2 others waiting, I knew this was gonna be a long wait. Find another doctor or the doctor can get rid of the old grumpy receptionist
Bad communication from Doctor and receptionist. My husband being without his medication for more then 8 weeks. The receptionist take you from one person to the other without getting responsibility for not communicate with you. Not the best.
Was given bad advice from the rheumatologist, this caused a lot of headaches. Had to see a number of other actual professionals to get to the bottom of the misdiagnosis. Always get a second opinion! Not coming here again that's for sure. Giving one star because zero stars is not an option.
