Very nice doctor and caring staff, I am very glad that I found Dr. Portnoff again , my doctor since 2015 from a different practice . Very nice office . Congratulations .
I went to see Dr. Kelly Portnoff after waiting over a month to get in. She was not familiar with my complicated medical issues, didn't listen to me at all and was very rude and abrupt with me. I had several specialist doctors tell me I need to see a rheumatologist & she acted like I was wasting her time. She said she thought I had Fibromyalgia, not even knowing all of my symptoms/past test results. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
I remember when Dr. Portnoff prescribed me cosentyx even though its contraindicated for patients with risk of IBD, and I spent the next 2 years in severe intestinal pain and lost my livelihood. When the side effects of this drug started, I was ignored, and spent 4 months on my own finding a gi who diagnosed me with new onset ulcerative colitis thanks in large part to her prescribed medication. Very thorough and knowledgeable in the field. Available, accessible, and responsive.
I don't know how this place is getting good reviews. There are no partners. Its just Dr. Portinoff. I have a diagnosed autoimmune disorder and she simply ghosted me after charging me over $500 out of pocket. She dismissed my pain levels. I think shes giving herself these reviews because I just got ripped off. According to health grades "dissmissive" is her middle name. You can tell when a doctor lacks integrity.
