They will put incorrect information in your MyChart just for calling to try to schedule an appt, even if no appt was scheduled. In order to get it removed, you have to go through the full process like you do with incorrect medical record. Good luck but don't go here or to Lee Health in general. Update: they are refusing the removing the scheduling appointment from my medical record even though there was never an appointment made.

She is the best she listens to her patients and always is helpful the only thing is the appointments with her is I can only see her twice a year sometimes once because of how booked she is but I also understand she is a really good rheumtologist and there's not enough rheumtologists like her
Dr. Kuan is excellent. She is involved in my care snd takes the time to explain things to me and follows up with me right away in My Chart. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Her staff is very pleasant and courteous. I am very thankful to God that she is my doctor now.
SW Florida is fortunate to have a rheumatologist with the competency and compassion of Dr Matzura Kuan. I highly recommend her and am very appreciative of her top caliber care.
