If I could rate the office zero stars I would. My 86-year-old sister was hospitalized. A person at the hospital made an appointment with this doctor on the same day her oncology appointment was scheduled and at the same time. I advised the office that the appointment scheduled was unbeknownst to us. In an attempt to reschedule the appointment I was informed that there would be a $50 charge for changing an appointment at the last minute.
