My experience with virgina mason rheumatology was extremely professional and thorough. A breath of fresh air coming from the Olympic Peninsula which doesn't have good medical at all. Was worth the 9 hr round trip. High praise to Dr. Mantilla, I could not recommend her more.
Expect to spend a long time on hold before talking to a receptionist and to not get a response from your provider for weeks. My hands are extremely swollen and my joints are absolutely killing me because my provider has not filled my prescriptions. I am looking for a new provider who is personable and has my best interests at heart.
Extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone to help you. The doctor that replaced Dr. Carlin is all business and doesn’t really seem to care about you as a person. When trying to refill a prescription it takes weeks or even a month even if your pharmacy contacts them directly. It is very frustrating to have to call again and again.
Horrible customer service. My name is Jovany Johnson and I tried to have my mother take care of some billing and other information for me since I work 14+ hours a day trying to get my own company off the ground and they told her they couldn’t tell her anything even though they had full written consent to disclose information regarding my visits since I don’t have time to do that anymore.
