I have been coming to The Rheumatology Center of WNY for several years, and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I’ve seen Dr. Botsoglou as well as both his PAs, and every provider has been caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and discuss treatment options with me instead of making me feel rushed. The nurses and front office staff are also wonderful. Dr. Botsoglou and staff are patient, informative, and very caring. Dr. Botsoglou was easy to talk to and very kind. I'm in good hands for my arthritic hands.🤣
I am very disappointed with the care and communication I have received from this rheumatology office. I urgently needed paperwork completed in order to start a new job, but the doctor refused to sign the documents unless I first completed blood work and scheduled an appointment. Despite explaining that this was a time-sensitive matter, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. Misdiagnosed me, then prescribed me a medication that put me in the hospital directly due to a contraindication they should have caught. Then diminished my symptoms, negligently threw new med samples at me without any followup or guidance (immunosuppressants require some planning and forethought, vaccination and labwork).
