Wait time for an appointment is ridiculously long for a new patient . Waited 2 months+ for in patient appointment only to be told it was cancelled because it wasn't confirmed again through call the previous day ( received text message that it was confirmed though) and inspite of this when I was willing to be on time , they said they would need me be to be 20 minutes early else it would be cancelled though I said I would be there 10 mins early.

Dr. Rivera is a wonderful doctor. She is very kind, courteous, and delivers care with compassion. She takes the time to listen to her patients concerns & needs. I love her, & so thankful she is my doctor. Her entire staff is magnificent! Alexandra, her assistant is also very kind & helpful. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Rivera practice. You are the best!!

Great practice. The care has been excellent from the appointment scheduling process to the front desk to the nurses to the physicians. We've waited a bit for a few appointments but I find that is often the case with doctors that take the time to listen to their patients. If you have a joint problems this is the place to come.
