How do I make an appointment without dealing with the lady at the front desk? She is just horrible to deal with! People in pain don't deserve to be treated the way your front desk treats people
The front desk at the 123 Franklin corner rd office is just awful someone needs to get rid of that lady.
I have been trying to make an appointment with this doctor for a while now and after my referral being lost or not received I decided to go down and give them my referral in person. The woman behind the counter who I could already tell was in a bad mood basically would not accept my referral or let me make an appointment until I gave them all of my other medical records. The front desk are actually the worst people I've ever spoken to. They're rude for no reason and seem defensive when just asking a simple question. Every time I went there I was met with hostility. The doctor was helpful however because of the front desk I hated coming here.
