Dr Katz Small is amazing. The only reason for taking away a star is the desk staff. They’re disorganized and lose your forms/requests often and can be unfriendly. The doctor care is great and empathetic.

I've had great experiences at Rheumatology Associates. I think the entire office staff is kind, and I've seen Dr. Ben Small twice. He's been very kind and easy to work with. I think it's worth mentioning, as medical experiences can wildly vary. I would recommend this practice!
Absolutely awful experience. My primary doctor referred me to see rheumatology. I went online to find the recommended rheumatologists in the area. I made an appointment on Zocdoc with a female doctor and when I arrived at the office, I was worked up by the Medical Assistant for 30 minutes and then told I was going to see the male doctor. I had labwork done by my primary indicating why I was being referred and the office and not inquired or asked about it in advance even though my primary told me they would have access to it.... read more
