I called two weeks ago to make an appointment. I left all the information requested. It said I would receive a call in 24-72 hours. Well, after a week and no call back, I called again and left all the previous information. I guess you can’t talk to a real person. Now, it’s been two weeks and no call. Very unprofessional.
I really liked Dr. Hennigan. She was great. I followed her through 3 different practices within Rockwall. I saw her for many years, driving 2+ hours. But then I was in between jobs. I went to my schedule visit even though I had to pay out of pocket since I had no insurance. She knew this but denied my refills and forced me to go through withdrawals of Cymbalta. I needed a 30 day supply to make it until I had insurance again. But she did not care. I'm not sure what changed, maybe its the current practice she's with. I truly l... read more
Wonderful doctor
Direct and to the point. Explains EVERYTHING and is quick to answer questions. Most of all, SHE LISTENS to her patients!
If u have ra, or worse psoratic ra, u have to find medication u can afford as well a meds that work. Dr. Hennigan is the 1st dr in 30 years that has helped me better a better (pain free) version of myself. Now that i am 65 w different insurance we r again navigating meds that will work, because of insurance restraints.
