My infusion appointment was canceled today because Amber the director of infusion is upset with me making my insurance payment the day of my infusion because "it takes four more phone calls to confirm my insurance premium has been paid" she said I have to make my payments earlier like she controls my bank account, like life isn't tough, like the economy is great. My insurance payments are always made and have never been an issue but apparently making the phone calls to confirm insurance premium is too much work to make sure ... read more
Waste of money and time. I had to find another doctor because these people can’t even be bothered to answer the phone. So unprofessional
