No complaints about the medical experience but forget about trying to reach this place by phone. They don't seem to care one way or another about whether you can get in touch with someone in their office for any reason. Very unprofessional in that regard.
I have been seeing Dr. Hamburger for over 40 years. He is the best!
The Doctors may be great, but I’ll never know. Booking an appointment or even getting a human on the phone seems impossible. All calls get sent to voicemail and no one ever returns your messages.
Been going for years. Dr Hamburger really saved my life. Couldn't use my hands, and now it's like nothing was wrong. Back to normal. Staff very pleasant.
Doctor love her trying to get in touch with someone hate that if you need to call for anything be prepared to get sent on a goose chase or sent to their voicemail. I always press one which is for doctors or urgent needs because it’s the only thing that gets me through to someone
