Scheduler never told me where my follow up was going to be. Wasted my time.
Not a good first impression today! I was a new patient and scheduled this appointment a week ago. They scheduled me for the Irving office at 8am. I showed up at 7:35am to complete paper work ahead of my appt as they recommended to come 30 minutes prior to my appt. At 8am, no one has showed yet. Another staff member with Texas Vascular Assoc came to the door and asked me who I was here for.
