I was referred to this doctor via my PCP as I have been having a very bad adverse reaction to a vaccine. I’m having autoimmune symptoms. Upon arriving to this office, the doctor was in a very big hurry, as was everyone else. The front desk girl was very unprofessional and so was the girl that took my blood and had an attitude. The doctor Had a horrible bedside manner! One of the worst I’ve seen so far. And I’ve seen many doctors during this journey. I read some reviews and someone said about this doctor “this is the reason w... read more

Saw Dr. Jiang today. She wouldn't let me talk and talked over me. She told me what she doesnt treat and what she couldnt help me with then ordered tests that ive had ordered by my immunologist previously but she would've known that if she listened. Furthermore she questioned me and acted shocked when I told her I had medical issues like she was surprised and couldnt believe me. She saw I had hypermobility in my joints but it only meant my joints would wear out sooner. This is why I brought my husband because Ive encountered ... read more

Poor experience. Doctor is impatient and doesn’t want to listen to the patient. Will not explain why you’re getting the tests you’re getting other than because he said so. Not sure why he became a doctor if he is unable to communicate and be patient. Don’t bother going here and wasting time and money.

Yeah the Doctor was dismissive of my symptoms and thinks that a C4 compliment of 9 is within the normal range. Even though I already have one diagnosed autoimmune disease. I hope they’re right, otherwise I’m suing.

Scheduling with this office is miserable. They expect you to sit by your phone for 24-48 hours after leaving a message for an appointment requst. If you miss the call, you have to do the waiting process all over again. No opinions on the doctors as of yet as I've been trying to schdule an appointment for over a week now. My symptoms are severe and I would love to be seen, but if this is the usual process, then I'd rather have a more accessible doctor.
