Reported for my scheduled appointment and was informed that my treatment was contingent on me signing a document certifying that I had been counselled (which I hadn't) and declined HIV screening. When I questioned the requirement, staff became argumentative and refused treatment. Not only did they refuse treatment; they immediately withdrew my prescription with no time to even search for a provider. The absolutely worst rheumatologist facility in shreveport bossier. From the NP to broadwell. The NP comes in - I tell her I need xyz filled- says absolutely NOTHING about not being able to fill it. I wait 3 days and call and leave a message at 9 am. No phone call back. Finally they call at dang near closing of the day to tell me they can’t fill that….its a prescribed medication that throws you in detox if not taken and you didn’t want to inform me on Tuesday nor did you bother to call me back in the morning to let my PCP kn... read more
Dr Aaron Broadwell ordered tests for me thoroughly and got the results and diagnosis my first visit as a new patient. I really appreciate him and his PA Kristina for taking the time to explain and listen not being in a rush. I remember being concerned about some labs while he was out on vacation and he replied to my concerns. That is so important and the fact they worked diligently to get an on site lab makes it easier for me. Thanks to the entire staff.
Dr. Aaron Broadwell gave me my life back. He is kind and caring. I have never encountered problems with billing, canceling or rescheduling appointments. I have moved out of the area and hope I can find the same level of care in my new area.
