THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK WITH YOUR LABS AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU DON'T MATTER!!! Had labs done at my appointment, waited a week and NO ONE called me back, so I called and was told that they don't call people back with their lab results that have the oschners patient portal, because we can see our labs. 1. I AM NOT A DOCTOR!!! I can read them, but I don't understand them, 2. Regardless if I have the portal or not, I AM A PATIENT who needs their labs explained!
