This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I waited in the exam room for over an hour with no explanation. No one checked on me or apologized for the delay. The doctor doesn’t seem to listen to patients. Instead of taking the time to understand my concerns, the doctor simply decided on a treatment without paying attention to what I was saying. I really can’t recommend this office. The wait in the office is always at least an hour even if you arrive early. Why are 6 patients scheduled to arrive at 9am when the office opens? Poorly managed. The reception staff attitudes are neutral to rude depending on the day. It’s almost impossible to call and get ahold of anyone. Trying multiple days and multiple times.
