My first visit to the office was amazing all thanks to Traci Morgan she is so kind and resourceful. I am so grateful for her kindness and how she has made me feel in this journey of figuring out my health. The office is nice and clean, I look forward to the next appointment. This is one of those reviews where you feel compelled to warn others. This office was a complete disaster. When you are a new patient they make it appear as if you’re going to see a rheumatologist but on the day of the appointment they randomly switch your provider to a nurse practitioner with no prior notice or consent. This bait and switch tactic happened on both occasions even though we specifically asked to see a rheumatologist. Dr. Nahlawi has great bedside manner but the front office staff does not return calls or requests for appointments. There is "always an issue with the phone system".
ELDER ABUSE - most patients with arthritis are elderly. Her staff does not have the right to abusive behavior toward patents. Angelica specifically is snippy and rolls her eyes and makes faces when you try to speak with her. Maybe the doctor is just fine, but when you make an appointment with a different doctor at the address on your insurance providers website you end up with an appointment in a different town with a completely different doctor.
