We dropped off a report for the doctor as she had sent us out to have a scan. Well no one ever called back its been over a month and the people at the front desk are unprofessional and could care less about the patient they are rude and dont listen to you. Now we have had 3 compression fractures and no one can find the damn paper work and chart this is a complete joke. Dr. Al Nahlawi is wonderful. I truly love her and trust her with my care—that’s the only reason I’ve stayed with this office. Unfortunately, the office itself is incredibly difficult to work with. I saw Dr. Al Nahlawi on May 20 and was referred to a dermatologist. It’s now June 18, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. Front staff is sub par. Need to make an appointment? You’ll get some music, then get transferred to voicemail. Rediculous! What message would I possibly want to leave them to make an appointment? How about “answer the phone”? They won’t put you on a que either. She often overbooks patients too, resulting in long wait times at the office.I’ve been seeing her for years. As someone in the medical field, this place really needs to work on their patient care. My mom has been a patient for a while now, she had mentioned to me since her initial visit she had not seen the doctor but had been seeing a nurse practitioner which to my knowledge should be providing quality care. Unfortunately this was my first experience with a rheumatologist after going through health issues for over a year, I was finally excited to have a specialist help guide me towards figuring out what is going on with my body. My initial impression was not great even before the appointment, because it was seemingly impossible to get someone on the phone to make the initial appointment, alongside no one returning voicemails etc. red flag #1.
