Made an appointment as a new patient over a month ago only to wait for 45+ minutes in the waiting room with no indication on when my turn would be. I got fed up and got a refund for my copay and left. The front desk didn’t even say sorry…
The doctors and staff are kind, professional and know about all skin conditions. I highly reccomend this practice! Always have a great experience! I feel cared for and I appreciate that the Dr's and staff listen to my concerns. I've been going to this practice since 2022. If I have questions I can always call and speak to a medical professional.
Dr. Kent provided a thorough exam and explained how to treat the issues I raised.

Dr.Kent has Renita multitude of cysts from my scalp. All healed well with minimal issues. He also does a very thorough annual skin check for me as I am very fair and in my younger years have had a few severe sunburns. He is kind and caring and explains everything in detail.
