Should have read the Google reviews first. Rhett had our payment and our signed, notarized divorce papers for 8 weeks before he filed them. It was only after a very pissed-off phone call that he finally filed the papers. He’s a nice guy, but not so great on the follow-through or communication.
Mr. Weires was phenominal. He is very well versed in the law. I have used his services in 2 different court cases and prevailed in both. In one of the cases, he helped me manuver through a messy divorce and custody battle. To sum up the almost 4 year ordeal in a nut shell and to show how good he is; I am a man, living in NY and I now have custody of my 3 daughters. I would select a zero if I could. He never finished my divorce. Stopped receiving my phone calls and texts for the last 3 weeks. Then when I found a new lawyer, I found out that he went to court twice without informing me. I don't even know what was discussed at these two court dates. Don't use him!!!!!!!
Disappointed, if not thoroughly disgusted.
Mr. Weires is an amazing, compassionate, professional attorney who is dedicated to helping in any way possible. He takes his time getting to know the individual needs of the situation. I would highly recommend him!
