Service has been steadily declining for some years. Staff turnovers are high enough to literally never deal with the same people twice. Don't bother asking about anything related to ETAs. In fact, few companies are as aggressively unhelpful. Will be shopping for another agency in the new year.
Lately, I found this company difficult to deal with even though I have used them for many years. Personnel rotation means you are dealing with strangers for new transactions, and they have a labyrinth of a telephone system which means you get connected nowhere. Avoid.
