I'm not at all satisfied with this company, due to extremely poor customer service. I've switched my Mother to another company simply because I've was spoken to very rudely by a so-call location Manager named Jeri. She was very unprofessional from the beginning of the experience. I realize that the business of providing oxygen to the customer is mundane to them, but to the customer/patient it is abnormal to patients whom have never had to experience this before.
