Every time I have called customer service, they have been helpful and nice. In fact they have been some of the nicest customer service representatives I have ever encountered. Always consistent in their help and friendly. Mike came out for a maintenance check and he was the same- helpful and friendly. I commend you for your consistency with such capable representatives.
