I was there for a check up and I witnessed a horrible situation. 2 nurses restrained and forced a child that was already having a hard time with her check up. There was no need for them to push this child to put on sunglasses and catch the fly or get drops in her eyes. They gave this child no chance to deescalate and calm down.
