Rhea stayed with me throughout the whole emotionally difficult process of selling my home. She physically, emotionally, and intellectually was there through the whole process. I couldn't have done it without her. For as long as it took she was there everyday supporting, advising and leading me in the right direction towards a very positive successful outcome. Thank you Rhea.
Rhea helped us buy our first home, and really made us feel taken care of. She's extremely client-driven: if you know what you want, she is a strong advocate, and perhaps most important in today's market, she is relentlessly positive! Rhea always had time and energy for us, even after countless viewings and several failed offers. We almost gave up hope, but Rhea never did. Now we're in our forever home, thanks to her perseverance and encouragement!
It was a great pleasure working with Rhea on the sale of my home in South Portland. She thoroughly reviewed her approach to maximizing exposure and determining a listing price, and then coordinated everything quickly and professionally. Utilizing her suggestions, my house sold quickly, above the asking price after choosing between multiple offers. Rhea is thoughtful, thorough, and communicates clearly and promptly. I highly recommend her to assist you in the sale of your home.
Rhea is an excellent agent and fun to work with! She helped my wife and I and our parents find wonderful homes here in Maine. We have highly recommended her to all of our closest friends and family!
Mrs. Rhea Kafer is one of the most knowledgeable and efficient realtors in the market! My family and I moved here last year from Florida and I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Rhea made the home buying experience up here for us. 5 stars is definitely cutting her short of what she deserves!
