Appreciated the great service.
Placed an order directly through their website instead of 1-800 flowers. We never got the order. My credit card was charged. When I called the shop they could not locate any order for me even though I had confirmation and an order number. They wouldn't even take the order number to locate it on their end. I told her I would have to dispute the charge, which I did. The credit card found in my favor- bc there was no delivery. I ordered flowers for my Mother’s 60th birthday. I don’t typically send flowers and it was her 60th so I was really hoping for a wow! The flowers that landed on her porch came on time and they were beautiful. My mother called and exclaimed that they were amazing and I was so thrilled.
