It's always nerve-racking to order flowers online from out of state, but Rhea Floral was so great to work with -They even called me to make sure a specific flower substitution was acceptable. Great to work with!

Placed an order directly through their website instead of 1-800 flowers. We never got the order. My credit card was charged. When I called the shop they could not locate any order for me even though I had confirmation and an order number. They wouldn't even take the order number to locate it on their end. I told her I would have to dispute the charge, which I did. The credit card found in my favor- bc there was no delivery.
