Robert is the real deal. He displays what customer service was and carries it on in the it should be. He's the go to Dude!! Called him, he said "Text me your location and information, while I load up my truck". So I did and received a text back saying I'm on my way. WOW is what I say. Call this honest man he will do you right. Thank you Robert from one business owner to another.
Wow!! Who knew that there is a service provider out there who takes pride in their work, values their customers, and does not hesitate to share hints to avoid future problems. From this day forward I will use only Robert for all of our plumbing issues. Heck, I might even break something just have Robert & Karen back!

The only plumber we trust! Great company and Robert goes that extra mile missing in today's idea of customer service. He is honest, hard working, and keeps you informed of the problem and options to repair! My husband who is a mechanical contractor and extremely picky about service work took me aside and gave him the highest complement of "nice,neat job". You can't get any better.

Honesty and integrity are certainly some of Robert 's standards. He was able to walk me thru a difficult shower faucet repair over the phone, showing me how to not only save money from home depot, but showing me how the parts manufacturer would cover the costs! Thanks Robert!
