Love them like family
If I could give 0 stars at the moment I would. I had an appointment at 3:50pm today. No one called me. I called them and one of the ladies answered the call and was very nice. She transferred me to the nurse for my provider. I told her what was going on and she ASKED did I want the appt to be a zoom call or telephone. I stated I rather have the telephone appt , BUT she gave me the zoom information instead. I got in and waited and waited and waited. Then my phone started ringing and it would not connect because I was on ZOOM.... read more
This place is a sorry place to have someone's loved one
Don't be late by 1 minute, you will have to wait until someone doesn't show to be seen. I guess this place is more about money than human health!
