I lived in one of RHB Management’s units about five years ago. During my tenancy at 1771 N Sycamore Ave, I was seriously injured due to a defective window. I lived at one of RHB managements units about 5 years ago. I am just not concluding a lawsuit with them because I was severely injured by a defected window in on of their unit on 1771 N sycamore Ave. Dave the landlord was neglectful and would tell me I am getting a deal because it was California and would barely fix property issues. RHB Management did not care about tenant rights or their safety, they have their own work arounds in place so they aren't held fully liable if anything happens and will fight you even if they are... read more
