For my 80th Birthday everyone of the staff were beyond couteous,friendly and a shout out to Luke at the check in desk beyond all the above
I reserved the Broadway Suite for my little sister’s 17th birthday and had an amazing time! It was worth every dollar and more. I’ve never seen such a beautiful hotel room; pictures don’t even do it justice. I posted photos/videos to social media and probably answered dozens of messages about the room/hotel! The front desk was so helpful with our many requests and the room was sparkling clean. We visit Nashville a few times a year and are already planning our next visit; we won’t ever stay anywhere else in the city!
We booked an executive king suite through Travelocity upon arriving to our hotel we got checked in things started fantastic! However, we got into our room and we have a traditional room, (NOT HAPPY) The hotel made a comment to us about how they gave us a corner room because they over booked the executive suite! No help from front securing reservations. Sheets are horrible and bathroom floor flooded due to leak. This was a suite!

This might have been the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Social distancing? This place had a birthday party, a stag night, a hen night and a ballroom dance competition... no masks .. no distance.. and the outdoor pool..don’t even get me started. After they issued a letter at check in about reserving a time at the outdoor pool ( where they insisted we purchase food and alcohol) .. there were no times .. because large parties had overrun the facility.
