Really had the pleasure of working up close and personal with Rhamco, more specifically Nikki Lizzio when our condo building had a horrific fire 2021. The countless time, dedication, hard work, advocating for owners that Nikki has put in is immeasurable. During the most difficult time in all of the owners' lives, Nikki was able to spearhead and oversee the rebuilding of the entire building in record time. I don't think the rebuild would have happened if it were not for her unwavering due diligence.
Our building has required an extraordinary amount of attention in the last few years, and our manager has been dedicated to shepherding us through some very challenging times. We could not have done it without her dedication and fortitude.
never experienced a more dedicated & personal management company. i would live in any of their buildings, because i know they care, are dedicated, professional, & efficient. highly recommended for building management !
really responsive and easy to work with. Apps they provide makes maintenance reports and other inquiries easy. People are very easy to contact and willing to help. Loved my 2 year experience with them.
Is difficult to communicate by phone when I need any help.
They suck ass. a whole incompetent and phony bunch who cant get anything done. the "property manager" is especially a huge retard and its always impossible to get a hold of this guy. he tota;lly should have been fired! the company also rips off students by skimping heating over winters and poses loads of extra charges such as "application fee" to secretly increase their rents
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. WORST LANDLORD EVER.
