I called for help with my husband who was having a mental health crisis they answered and responded within minutes. I had a professional at the house within 2 hours and she spent about 2 hours with him doing an evaluation. The services they provide following up will be determined and also limited to what my husband will agree to, but for now seem like very good options. Thank you for helping in such a time of need when I had no where else to turn.
Unethical. These people fabricated false information in a call they received from me. Look at how many reviews mention that RHA employees “lie.” My complaints were not heard nor the record corrected. There are other crisis services in Buncombe county.
