Been taking my 9yr old son here for years for adhd and therapy. Dr litz was the best, then the new provider took over and will not follow through with requests for another therapist discussed in there office. New provider wanted to randomly change and add medications for adhd when my son had no issues with the meds he was currently on. She would not listen to what we said and discussed. The doc. Since Dr Litz left, the provider who took her place cannot seem to comprehend that when you write scripts for controlled substances, you have to make appts for said clients BEFORE their scripts run out. Dr Lirz kept up with this near perfectly. You write 3 months worth of scripts, you see the dates you wrote those scripts for, then you schedule an appt for BEFORE the client runs out of meds. RHA is a wonderful organization for those who're struggling. I've had my highs and lows, but have overcome various struggles with their services. Thank you Phillip and Celia for being dedicated towards helping me.
The medication therapist my son seen Tuesday afternoon, was the ONLY person to finally make me feel like my son is starting to get the help he needs… I’ve also have been waiting for my son to be assigned an actual therapist and all the front desk keeps telling me is “we will give you a call when he’s assigned.” And I have yet to still receive that call. I cried the first four days. The beds are NOT for anyone overweight or have any back problems. It’s a kindercare mat. The night nurse, Jasmine, treats you like a prisoner. Slams doors and speaks so loudly the trazadonde wears off. I pleaded to sit in a chair and she said not until 7am. I just needed to sit in a chair. She said no.
